WHY ME

Time = Money. I’m here to save you time… and by default money too! I keep things as simple a possible. There aren’t lengthy forms that you need fill out to start transaction coordination services, just email me with the completed contract and I’ll get to work.

Security and communication are top priorities. I keep documents off site in a secure web-based location. Weekly file audits are completed for all of my files and YOU are kept in the loop on your transactions at all times. You are trusting me to help with your business, confidentiality is imperative. I won’t share informations from your transactions with anyone who isn’t a key member of the transaction.

The market is continuously changing. I know this and work hard to stay up to date on documents and training, keeping my California Real Estate license and C.A.R. Certified Transaction Coordinator status current too.

  • Review contract  & all documents

  • Contact agent more frequently if needed
  • Coordinate with lender deadlines & requirements
  • Ensure the appraisal is in on time, if there is a contractual deadline
  • Coordinate with escrow throughout the transaction
  • Verify the escrow is on time, alert agent to any problems
  • Documents are promptly forwarded to agents
  • Write/process any additional brokerage specific documents
  • Send documents for electronic signatures

  • Send invoices to escrow/title
